6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CG SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software products, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our software or services for any reason, we encourage you to contact us through our support ticket system before taking any other action. Our team is committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
We work with every customer to find a satisfactory resolution. Please allow us the opportunity to address your concerns directly before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
10. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your license or subscription, you may do so at any time by submitting a request through our support ticket system. Access to the ticket system is provided upon purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.
11. Delivery
Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant and automated. If you do not receive your license key within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
